A Scripture Companion Journal/Simply Advent

The Simply Advent Journal provides a structured and guided approach to help you fully engage with the Christmas story during the Advent and Christmas season. Each Sunday, you will delve into Scripture verses that are a part of the Christmas narrative, allowing you to study the entire story by the end of Advent. Additionally, daily bonus Scriptures will be provided, connecting to the theme of each day found in the Simply Advent devotional. 

The concept of rest is emphasized throughout this journal, reminding us to find solace and peace in God's presence as we study His Word. The acronym REST is used to guide you in studying and listening to God's Word through the selected Scriptures: 
 
- Reflect: Take time to ponder and meditate on the meaning of the verses, allowing God to speak to you through His Word.
- Engage: Actively participate in the study, seeking understanding and application to your life.
- Study: Dive deep into the Scriptures, exploring their context, background, and deeper meanings.
